So while the prices have gone up over the years, I think the quality of their dumplings and the taste has reflected that... and even then these dumplings are still pretty budget friendly. The dumplings are very very flavorful! And if you wanted to, eat them with the provided sauces for even more flavor! Also, eat them when they're hot! In addition, years ago, the dumpling skin of the pan fried dumplings used to be thicker/chewier but now it's thinner and crispier, the way it should be! ”

“ This is by far my favorite fried dumpling shop in Brooklyn. The dumplings are insanely addicting, but it's the sauce that really ties everything together. So be sure to add a drizzle of hot sauce (they usually give it in a small container in your to-go bag or squeeze it from the hot sauce bottles on the tables) and some black vinegar (also available in bottles on the tables). I promise you they are so scrumptious. Aside from their fried dumplings, they also sell typical fried dumpling shop favorites like scallion pancakes and sweet and sour soups. Be warned that these items are far from healthy; they're quite oily, but really really good if your stomach can handle it. I don't recommend their soy milk unless you like it without sugar. I asked them to add sugar last time, and they just sprinkled in some regular sugar used in cooking, but because the drink was cold so the sugar didn't melt and just sunk to the bottom of the drink. As a result, the soy milk was not sweet. The establishment is truly a hole in a wall always teeming with patrons. Their setup is not the fanciest and it's a bit dim in there. You won't look at it and think it's the cleanest place. But their food is really worth the visit. ”

They have a good selection of different classic Chinese dishes ranging from dumplings, scallion pancakes, wontons, noodles... all the comfort food you can think of. We got the 6 piece pork and chive pan-fried dumpling which is less than $3. Even though the dumpling wrapping is a bit too thick for my liking, I really like the fillings inside. They didn't skimp out on the filling and the flavor was on point! I would definitely come back again next time to try the other items. You can easily feed two people with less than $20!
